Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Order Issues
If you experience any problems with your order or delivery, please notify our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receipt at sales@kaminska.ca so we can promptly assist you.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: inner wear products such as underwear.
- Bras: returns accepted if unworn and in original condition.
- Sale items and promotional purchases: final sale, no returns. Size exchanges are permitted.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by our Customer Care team. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- A $2.99 handling and processing fee applies to all refunds (deducted automatically).
- Refunds are processed in the first week of each calendar month.
- For faster resolution, we may also offer store credit, which is processed free of charge.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer complimentary size exchanges on all purchases. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Cancellations & Changes
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
